Pushbuttons and Pilot Lights
IDEC switches and pilot lights are the best engineered switches in the world for a reason. Carrying the CE mark, UL, CSA, CCC (Chinese), and TUV approvals, these switches are designed for use in almost any part of the world. Complete with finger-safe contact blocks offering IP20 protection, these switches include illuminated and non-illuminated pushbuttons, pilot lights, illluminated and non-illumate selector switches, key selector switches, mono-levers, and emergency stop switches. All switches also incorporate mechanically keyed safety locking levers, ensuring correct installation and maintaining assembly integrity in high-vibration applications.
Safety and ease of use were of paramount concern in the development of this line of switches, as evidenced by the simple mounting procedure, mechanically keyed safety lever lock (to prevent contact separation in heavy vibration applications), and wide variety of Emergency Stop models (all of which meet EN418).
Unique to the HW series is the HW Unibody E-Stop, which features one piece construction that prevents tampering or incorrect mounting from hindering the functionality of the switch. Another first is the spring loaded captive screw terminals, which make ring terminal wiring easier than ever before. CATALOG
Contacts are slow make, double break with a self-cleaning action that produces a wide switching range (from 5mA to 10A). Several screw terminal styles are available from the standard exposed full size M3.5 screw to a fingersafe (IP20) screw terminal (contacts are interchangeable with the HW series). Models include illuminated or non-illuminated pushbuttons, pilot lights, selectors, key switches, and Emergency Stop switches. CATALOG
The need for touchless switches to minimize the spread of viruses is increasing and is especially high when an unspecified number of people touch the same surface. Touchless switches can be used in a wide range of applications as one of infection control measures.
CATALOGLW Silhouette switches are perfect for industries requiring a hygienic surface. A smooth design cuts down on surface area preventing dust and other particles from accumulating on the machine. Plus key selector switches offer a high-security lock mechanism with up to 60 key variations giving added safety to any application. CATALOG

Features include snap action, double throw contacts, with gold plating for reliable low level switching. Ideal for such applications as PLC inputs, logic level switching, or anywhere space is at a premium.
Offered in three styles (round, square, or rectangular), all units are terminated via .110 quick connect / solder tabs. LED illumination includes a built-in current limiting resistor, and gasketed lenses provide an IP65 watertight / oiltight panel seal. Models include illuminated and non-illuminated pushbuttons, pilot lights, selectors, key switches, and a push-lock/turn-reset switch. CATALOG
IDEC's exclusive, light touch mechanism is ergonomically designed to require minimal force and reduce repetitive strain injuries. A choice of three terminal types from PC board, to .110 solder-tab / quick-connect, to screw terminals, the LW series has an answer for almost any application. A locking lever removable contact assembly makes wiring harnesses and PCB designs a breeze.
All switches mount on 1.0 centers. Models include illuminated and non-illuminated pushbuttons, pilot lights, selectors, and key switches. Contacts are available in SPDT, DPDT, or 3PDT with either pure silver or gold plated contacts. CATALOG
The ARN series of mono-lever switches are an ideal solution for such applications as table or tool X-Y positioning. These switches mount into a standard 30mm round panel cutout and offer up to four directions of control. Three styles of handle include the standard lever, a short lever that helps prevent person from bumping into it, and an interlocking lever that requires an operator to deliberately pull on a release mechanism before activating the switch. Lever action can be maintained or momentary (spring return) in any combination. Typical applications include tool positioning and security camera control (tilt and pan).
CATALOGThe CS series of cam switches offer the ultimate in selector switch flexibility. Available up to 12 positions, with up to 20 contacts they can meet almost any selection need. Choose from four different detent angles. Staggered screw terminals allow for easy wiring, and a large variety of handle styles are available (including key operated) to satisfy almost any demand either aesthetic or functional. Standard contact configurations are available, but customization is what cam switches are all about.
CATALOGH6 Series Miniature Switches & Pilot Lights – the perfect solution for heavy-duty applications where ease of operation and safety are paramount. Designed with precision and durability in mind, these switches and pilot lights are engineered to excel in the most demanding industrial environments, particularly in machine tool applications.
