Ecommerce Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all items purchased from our online store. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. You must also have the original receipt.

To return an item, please contact the Customer Service Department at CSR@idec.com or 888-714-2645 within 30 days of the purchase date. We will provide you with a return shipping label.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Items that have been used or damaged
- Items that are not in their original condition or packaging
- Items that were purchased on sale or clearance
- All custom Items are non-returnable
- Items that are Made to Order are also not returnable
- Software opened or unopened is non-returnable

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements.
